TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking

A hike can be booked via the website, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. A booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation message has been received from ZILWAVENTURE.

2. Payment

Prices are indicated per private outing unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in cash in euros or Mauritian rupees.

3. Cancellation Policy

No payment is required before the hike. Participants are simply asked to notify us as early as possible if there is any change of plans.

4. Participants’ Physical Condition

Participants must ensure they are in good physical condition to take part in the hike. Any medical condition that may affect participation must be communicated to the guide before the activity.

5. Respect of the Guide’s Instructions

Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. The guide reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behavior endangers the group or does not respect safety rules.

6. Liability

Hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in the activity, clients acknowledge these risks and agree to participate under their own responsibility. The organizer cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring during the activity, except in cases of negligence.

7. Personal Equipment

Participants must bring appropriate equipment (suitable shoes, water, sun protection, clothing adapted to weather conditions, etc.).

8. Personal Belongings

Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer declines any responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage.

9. Photos and Use of Images

Photos or videos may be taken during the activities and used for promotional purposes unless participants request otherwise.

​

10. Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own personal, medical, and travel insurance.

​

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
